Learn Everything you need to know to get the teaching job you've
dreamed of!  Tim Wei's Guide includes information about applying for teaching jobs, cover letters and resumes, building a teaching portfolio,
and interview tips.  Also, learn the 50 most commonly asked interview questions for teachers and how to answer them. Simply go to, I want a teaching job.

And here's a teacher resume tip: when you write your resume, pretend that you're writing it for a colleague.  We teachers tend not to like blowing our own horns, and it's much easier to compose a persuasive resume that best presents your training and experience if you don't feel like you're bragging.  Just be objective about your qualifications, and I bet you'll wind up with a great resume.

Follow this teacher resume sample, and send it with a teacher cover letter. Remember to spell check your teacher resume, and make sure it is completely error free.  I'd strongly suggest that you email your teacher resume to a friend to review for errors.  It's easy to overlook mistakes in print, as you skip over the parts you assume are OK.
